Support Worker Role

Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day

As a Support Worker, you will work directly with individuals with disabilities to help them achieve independence, access the community, and improve daily living.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily routines

  • Supporting clients in social and recreational activities

  • Helping clients access appointments and community events

  • Providing emotional support and building positive relationships

  • Promoting independence and goal achievement

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful

  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively

  • Reliable and flexible

  • Committed to client safety, dignity, and empowerment

  • Hold (or are willing to obtain):

    • NDIS Worker Screening Check

    • Working With Children Check (if applicable)

    • First Aid & CPR Certificate

    • Certificate in Disability Support 

    • Current Australian Driver’s License and own transport (preferred)

Cleaner Role

Help Create Comfortable, Safe, and Clean Living Spaces

Our Cleaning Team plays a vital role in supporting clients by maintaining hygienic, welcoming environments. Whether it’s routine cleaning or more specialized support, your attention to detail helps clients live with comfort and dignity.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • General home cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, mopping

  • Kitchen and bathroom cleaning and sanitising

  • Laundry services, including washing, folding, and ironing

  • Window and surface cleaning

  • Following personalized cleaning schedules for each client

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Trustworthy and reliable

  • Detail-oriented and take pride in their work

  • Able to follow instructions and work independently

  • Professional and respectful in client homes

  • Hold (or are willing to obtain):

    • Police Check

    • NDIS Worker Screening Check

    • Driver’s License and own vehicle (preferred)
